I got an email from these guys some time back, said they were having trouble securing venture capital, but as soon as they did, our (I'm assuming those of us who signed up for this deal some time back) boxers would ship.

I'm assuming they're putting a logo on it.....maybe $1-3 each....shipping AND handling costs $1-2.

So they're going to spend $2-5 million? Hmmm.....they could spend that on better gimicks than that....

LOL, prolly boxers with screwed up manufacturing defects--imagine it:
pair one has the elastic sewn on the outside.
pair two has the slacks-hole sewn halfway shut.
pair three has one leg 3 inches shorter than the other....and the list continues.\

Sadly, I still signed up. And yes, I was shorted last year as well.
