Free Box Cutter!!

Ummm.... am I missing something? Why is this offer insulting? With all the stuff I buy from this board, I could use a good box cutter!

Yeah, cpals, I thought of that... but I guess I couldn't really believe that someone could actually be THAT insensitive, so I figured it was a "sincere" post. 🙂

I have to admit, it looks like a nice box cutter! Some of the strapping tape they put on boxes these days is insane. I nearly ripped my arm out of its socket trying to pry a box open once.
 
Strange how you associate acts with objects... I admit it turned my stomach a bit at first.

Anyway, this looks like it would destroy the boxes since it cuts the edges rather than the tape... I save my boxes to ship things in...
 
Let me save you all some time.. This thread was started over a year ago, shortly after 9/11 no one ever got box cutters.

Check the bottom "Last revised: April 27, 2000". NO ONE in thier right mind would give away box cutters now 🙂
 
yeah lets ban all words that have anything remotely to do with the trade center

I propose we change the 9-1-1 emergency phone system because I would feel emotionally hurt dialing 9-1-1 if someone was breaking into my house.
