Boca lovers, Have you tried Morning Star Prime Grillers . Excellent Hamburger substitues, especially for those of us (like myself and ERICLP) who are limiting red meat(saturated fat) intake for health, not moral reasons.
They also make some great Veggie Burgers which make no attempt to mimic meat, but taste great too.

Sorry to report that John McMorran, of Lakeland died Monday. A family member, Lisa Saxton, told reporters that John "smoked cigars, drank beer , and ate greasy food." John was this nation's oldest man.

He was 113 years old.

I've had the Prime Grillers. As I recall, aren't they somewhat higher in fat that regular Bocas? Pretty tasty though 🙂

While we're on the subject, one of, if not my, favorite veggie burgers is sold by Trader Joe's, for those of you who have one near you (TJ's locations). It's called "Burger Noveou" (sp?) and it's absolutely awesome. It has something like 20 grams of protein in on of them. Try it on a wheat bun, with ketchup, mustard, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce... man oh man 🙂

Oh, onions, too! Put grilled onions on any veggie burger, or fry the veggie burger in the pan while you're sauteing the onions.
