I third the votes on Pho- we had it in Mishawaka (by ND/South Bend) all the time. One of my best buddies in school ran the Viet Student Association and he would make pho, spring rolls, etc. for their on-campus events. I swear the guy carried an emergency bottle of hoisin sauce in his shoe.
