If you don't want to spring for the $10 shipping or they run out, CompUSA has the same router for $4.99 after $35 MIR if picked up in store. ($5 ground shipping there makes it the same price as pc connection if you have to have it shipped.) Thread for CompUSA deal here.

CompUSA also has the USB adapter, notebook card, pci card and access point for $4.99 AR.
