As in permanently or just to test? It's okay to have it outside although I'd make sure it's not on anything conductive just to be safe.
 
Not wrong forum, this is just a quick question, it isn't really hardware related... Anyway, the beer was an evil marketing scheme. Did it work?

Oh, and you PS will likely get cosmic radiation because it's not properly shielded by the case. When this happens, the 1's sharp angle gets caught in the wiring, only letting 0s pass.
