FREE Backup Utlility that does this?

Let's say I have client PC A (running Win7 64) connected to home file server Z (FreeNAS7 + RAIDZ2). And let's say I have external HDD E.

Is there a free utility that I can run on A that allows me to select files/directories on A and Z to be copied to E at certain time intervals? Hopefully the utility would be smart enough to simply copy/replace new/updated files from A and Z onto E.

I would like to do this for important documents and photos.

Thanks.

I use FFS frequently. It's simple and it works. You can specific multiple folders to backup and it also has a "real time" sync feature.
