It's getting close to the season and I didn't see any of the usual free leagues going on around here. Been doing leagues here for the past 5 years. So, I took action and made some.

I wasn't too sure about what options to use for the league...hope it looks ok. You don't have to actually be there for the draft, you can select your preferred players ahead of time.

Pickem is always a lot of fun, even though I've done pretty bad since my first year.

Survival League

First played this last year, pretty neat. You pick one team to win every week, if they win, you move on. If not, you're finished. At least, that's how it usually is. I've added a 2 strike rule so everyone is allowed one wrong pick. Can be hard to judge teams at the beginning of the season.

So come and play...let me know if any of the options I selected really bother you and I'll change em.

won the at survivor league last year so hoping for a good run again. funny as hell when like half the remaining players went out the week oakland crushed philly.

Signed up. I won one of the ATOT free leagues last year, got lucky with Chris Johnson and Drew Brees. 😀 I don't think I can pull that off this year haha

Not full...there are only 3 of us in there. I'd say try it again.

dunno, you might have been looking the wrong place. It's kind of confusing. You have to go to specific yahoo pages to search for different kinds of leagues. Could try this link

you don't select new league under the regular fantasy football stuff, select fantasy sports from upper right thingie and you should then see all the fantasy football offerings along right side, pickem, survival etc...
 
doing a draft now with a mmo-guild group...my god i wish i had looked at roster/score rules before the start...it has 4 WR, 2RB 2TE and 2 combined positions...along with 2 positions for each defense position, and hour into the draft and i still have like 6 unpicked spots along with 5 bench ones...ugh.
 
Ah well I guess that's good. If someone's in the FF league is not so sure they can participate throughout the season maybe considering opening up a spot for someone else.
 
Still a lot of space in survial and pick'em anyways. I always like Pickem the most I think. I kinda wish I didn't use confidence points as an option though, kind of a pain in the ass. I wonder if I can still change it somehow...
