Is this ok to use with my GORB and PIII933? Or is silver past or goop still better?

I dont think it is for your gorb dude, its supposed to make something glide better. Less friction. Put it on your keyboard or mouse.
 
Should I apply a thin coat on it or apply liberally? I want to make sure that the compound doesn't insulate sensation, I mean heat inside the CORE 😉

actually, I could use some myself too. 🙂 Them rubber gets dry pretty quickly
 
Don't use a lot. when it dries out just get a spray gun and spray some water on it, since it's waterbased. you'll use less/waste less money. there's a hot deal. 🙂
 
Spray water on it? Won't that short out my CPU. I don't have water cooling, I use a GORB.
