Free arby's roastburger (with drink purchase)

SunnyD

Belgian Waffler
Free BBQ Bacon Cheddar Roast Burger with any drink purchase @ Arbys. Print the coupon and off you go.

Yes, you can get ANY sized drink, even shakes. Go, have lunch now. (Or post in the thread going EWWW GROSS).

Mods: please let this hang out in OT for a couple hours before moving it to the Free Stuff section which very few people know exist - at least through the lunch rush. Pretty please?

I had one of those once. Wasn't very good. It's basically a roast beef sandwich with a bit of bad lettuce and other toppings on a slightly burnt bun.

Obviously YMMV...I've had the Bacon & Bleu and the Bacon & Cheddar, and both were pretty tasty. Especially the B&B, yum!

Coupon says "With Any Soft Drink Purchase". At Arby's, that means Pepsi products... sorry, no shake.

The shake is really a YMMV per manager/store. The store I went to (and most others have reported on other sites) was asking if you wanted a soda or shake, including shakes. In fact, yesterday they were asking if you wanted to sub a different roastburger in place of the BBQ bacon cheddar - which I gladly took advantage of by getting the non-BBQ version.

This is going to be a nightmare for the franchisee's POS team.

Not really, unlike the KFC fiasco, this offer is tied to buying a drink. Given that a SMALL soda is $1.50 or so, they're making about $1.45 in profit on every dink they sell (yeah, soft drinks are basically all profit at a fast food joint). I'm pretty sure they've at least breaking even on the sandwich.

If the lazies in OT can't let their eyes wander left for one second to glance that other areas exist outside of OT, they won't bother picking their fat asses up to go get a roastburger, even if it's free.

OT forums are the cesspool of the internet, which is saying alot.

Oh, and this is a sweet deal, had lunch yesterday for $1.60, and the sandwich was fantastic. Going again tonight.

Wife and I had these today as well. Not bad for the price (free), but I saw that they are running free promos on wednesdays each week.

It says on the coupon (fine print) that you can get any Roastburger.

Hey, OT is more civil and entertaining than the Video forum.

LOL, what, since when is 9 miles a long way to drive? 9 miles means you're practically there. I drove about 25 miles 1 way to go to Arby's yesterday, as that's the closest one.

Thanks OP. We tried these for dinner. I'm really not a fan (I wouldn't pay for another one, although I might use the coupon for another free one) but it wasn't that bad. The best part was the bacon. Still you can't really complain about free food. I think I will stick with their plain roast beef sandwiches, which BTW are free this Wednesday 7/15.

BTW, if it's not obvious yet, the date on the coupon keeps rolling over. Earlier today it was 7/16 and now it's 7/17.

Here's the rest of the summer schedule for items free with purchase at participating Arby's. No coupon necessary, you just have to say you want the Wednesday special. You might want to check first to see if your location is involved.

July 15th- Free Regular Roast Beef with soft drink purchase
July 22nd- Free RoastBurger with soft drink purchase
July 29th- Free FruiTea with sandwich purchase
August 5th- Free Regular Roast Beef with soft drink purchase
August 12th- Free Roast Chicken Club with soft drink purchase
August 19th- Free FruiTea with sandwich purchase
August 26th- Free Roast Beef 'n Cheddar with soft drink purchase

Why America uses too much oil.🙂

(Confession: I want to go 300 miles for a *really* good pizza...)
