Free app to password protect CDs/large files?

Is there something like Cryptainer that will work on CD's, but that will allow larger files/folders (ie. 200MB+) or the whole CD, not have to zip/unzip, and is free?
Cryptainer LE only allows up to 25MB. The other Cryptainer versions aren't free.
