Free and easy to set up forum script?

Looking to add a forum to my new site and hope to find a script to use that is free and easy to setup because I only know html...

Does your host have an automatic installer?

Installatron? or Fantastico?

Those make it even easier.

The problem is my web hosting plan support scripting like PHP/ ASP/ ColdFusion 5 and 6.1/ Perl-CGI/ SSI...but no SQL.

No SQL will really limit your choices.

I suggest you check out Allanv's suggestion.
