It's a antioxidant vitamin pill + some other vitamins/herbs that supposedly a teacher developed to prevent him/her from getting sick. A lot of folks think it's magic. At the end of the day it's just vitamins + good marketing, imo. Supposedly you take the pill at the first onset of a symptom and then you won't get (as) sick as you would have otherwise. Very hard to dispute because maybe you weren't going to get sick anyway, and if you do, maybe you waited too long to take it or would have gotten sicker if you hadn't, etc.

But, vitamins are good (in moderation) and free is good, so, overall good deal.
