Is there any way to get it online?

Was able to order 2 online and will pick up at store later today - was only available at 1 out of 6 stores but that one had plenty
 

Just ordered 2 online, available for pickup at the Brentwood store in St. Louis (the new store near the Galleria). Online rebate form states there is a limit of (2) rebates.

Rebate or if you pick the bag up the rebate is printed out with your receipt.
 
I know, I made the biggest sin of rebating: Not printing the rebate form at first sight! 🙁

Does anyone have the rebate form for the Motion System Camera Bag? The link above isn't valid anylonger. It's not listed on the CC rebate website either.
