Damn! I never got on this kind of deals. Living in Chicago means automatic "out of stock"!

From CC item page:

Cityadvantage Protection Plan for 4-years on BELKIN F8E882OPT $12.99

Funny thought... for additional $12.99, one can -guarantee- a "comparable" optical mouse for 4 years. Things that make ya go *Hmmm* ;-)

Ordered for instore pickup. Thanks allisolm, was thinking about one of these for the 8 month old. She is fascinated with the mouse just can't quite get a hold of it, the keyboard well that's another matter give her 5 minutes pounding on it and she can out hotkey anyone at Microsoft guarenteed! ;)

p.s. I had accidently clicked on OD and entered this item number...$29.99, what are they thinkin'. :Q

Don't know what is up with them. Last week it was the Centon memory for $39.99 that changed to $49.99 after a couple of days- this week the mouse.

wandered into my local CC, they had 3 of em, so I picked one up. Decent mouse. Driver annoys me, it insists on showing itself in the system tray, no option to dissable that. Must play with reg settings ....
Just FYI, if you are in desperate need of a mini optical scroll mouse and can't find at CC, Target carries a GE (have no idea how good their periphials are) mini optical scroller for $9.xx

This is my first post here... please don't hurt me!

I just bought the mouse at CC and am using it now. I find it very comfortable, but keep in mind that it is tiny. Very tiny. If you have big hands, you will want to pass on this.

Movement is smooth and buttons give good tactile feedback.

Enough description of a cheap mouse. Just go get it!

And, for the record... no rebate slip printed out. You must print it (link above somewhere) and send it yourself.
