Has anyone tried this deal before? It seems rather a pain to have to sign up and all that if it's just a joke, since the site doesn't seem all that professional to me.

I just got an email back, saying i am not qualified and my order is canceled.
So don't even bother trying to order it.
 
Well you can go to Staples and usualy they can make these in about 15-30 minutes. They have a $5 off coupon in this weeks circular. So they will range from $8.99-17.99 AC depending on the size. There is also more customizable fonts and options.

All fine and good but we were looking for FREE, N/C, GRATUS, COMPED and/or we ain't got to pay for it, kind of thing. Sigh, maybe it was not to be...........!
 
Did they change the page or did it always say in big letters "TO ALL STAMP RESELLERS IN THE

They changed the page (I quote their email) "after getting thousands of requests from people that did not qualify". They screwed up big time because NO, the ad did not say it was only for that area at first. Then, when they saw all the requests (AT effect), they added the bogus $50 shipping charge to "discourage" (their word, not mine) people from ordering. A real loser of a company. Yeah, I know, we were trying to get something free but hell, they could at least act a bit more professional.

I like junk mail as long as it's not in my email. Makes me feel loved. heh heh. And it's easy enough to just throw away or burn.

That's why we have yahoo or hotmail junk email accounts! Mine is plastered with probably 80-100 junk mails a day. I just delete them because they are all in the "Bulk" folder and I could give a crap about them. However, my snail-mail, REAL mail box still burps up with the occasional "freebie" that keeps a smile on my face. God bless AT Hot Deals (well, of course, you'd have to mention an obese wallet or two as a source, in addition to AT 😀 ). One last mention and a big kudos to the Guinness Beer promos. I have yet to NOT recieve one of their freebees. :beer::thumbsup::beer:
