I signed up last week and already got my $3 giftcheck. It was very fast! However, I'm not sure how to use it. Can anybody clue me in on this? It looks like I can actually cash this at my bank. Am I missing something? I was expecting a coupon for lightbulbs but this doesnt look like a coupon.
