The first page says that the first 5,000 respondents will get a $5 gift card, but the rules on the last page has this written at the bottom: "NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Gift Card Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. age 18 or older at time of entry. Online entries must be received between 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 8/31/07 and 11:59 PM ET on 11/03/07."

With those dates, and the wording, it makes me think it's a contest/drawing.
