I found this at fatwallet, and didn't see it posted here...

You get a $5 amazon gift certificate when you become a movielink customer and rent (download) your first movie. Their prices range from $0.99 to $4.99 per movie. Plus, there's a coupon (code: link99) to rent any movie for 99 cents or less. It'll work if you're renting a movie anyway!

Reward!

The movies are about 500-700MB. About the same quality as you would find with a DivX file of the same size..

Why pay for it?

1. It's a fast download. I downloaded a movie in less than an hour on my 1.5mbps DSL connections.
2. It's only $0.99 with coupon. You come out on top $4 with the Amazon GC.

It probably wouldn't use it otherwise. I already have Netflix.

My link doesn't work. I got the e-mail, but when I try and open it, it gives me the action canceled screen. Won't open in IE or Firefox.

They have 56 pages (15 in each) worth of movies. That's a total of 840. So, as you guessed, they don't have every single movie out there. Not even close :D
But the selection is wide enough, I guess. I think they only carry their own work (the 5 so called big studios that started this download service). I myself downloaded Big Fish last night for 99 cents, and my wife downloaded Love Actually today for 79 cents. Both movies came out just recently on video. I don't know whether they release them the same date or not. Hope this helps!

It is a Windows Media 9 file that is protected and will no longer play once the viewing period has expired. You can play it on your TV using TV out, but you cannot convert it to another format.
