I know what you mean, but it's not spam if you willingfully give them your email address.. it's not like they are sharing or selling it to a third party.

I know it's not really spam, I "asked" for it. But 4 different salesguys from the same dealership have each contacted me more than once. And they don't seem to know that the others have sent me email. I wonder if I won't get the USB drive until I let one of them think I'm gonna buy a car.

Have you heard the news that Audi has partnered with Microsoft in not delivering the USB drives (check this thread)? They shared the same supply of 10 USB flash drives and both ran out of supply pretty quickly.

I received mine yesterday (5/27/06). I didn't even take a look at the contents (some A3 model information), I just reformatted as soon as I plugged it in. It works as expected.

Don't know if it mattered or not but I entered my phone number and received the drive.

I'm pretty sure I entered my phone # as well and got no drive. I'm sure it was just the first ones and then after that just info on the car. Always worth a try though.
