Damn, that's just outside my budget for a new rig. I had set aside 150k, and that extra 9000 is really too much. I guess I'll have to keep looking around and see if I can't find something a little cheaper.
 
same old story - everyone ready to jump on the pricing error, if you check pricewatch you'll see the lowest these things are going for is around $325,000...prepare to have your orders cancelled 😉
 
Anyone try stacking coupons and doing a pricematch at Staples yet? Their CSR's have said before that they don't carry Macs but I saw it posted on the internet somewhere that they do so I know they're stupid and that I'll have to call back 10-20, maybe 30, times to get the right person who'll take my order. 😉

Remember kids, this is a professional studio setup, not a consumer gaming rig! You can't compare Macs with PC's since their uses are very different in the professional fields.
