Your friends need to enter your name and number and activate their new phone between 2/28/03 in order for you to receive $20 airtime credit. Limit 2 referrals.

I got the above from the bb circular, but you can do this with virgin directly. virgin

Is that the most uninformative site on the web? Sheesh, it's impossible (edited...Ok well I initially found it difficult) to find out what the airtime minute charge is. [Start talking each day at 25 cents a minute. After 10 minutes the rate drops to 10 cents a minute.]
That usually means EXPENSIVE. Oh well. I am sure someone on the board will post up some killer mobile phone deals with ATT, Sprint, and the other cellular/mobile services.

The website is not good.

For a pre-paid, not bad. I usually use less than 60 mins per month, that is only $15; I have sprint now, $30 -- a couple houndred mins I will never use, wasted.

But I am afraid, Virginmobil will up required minimun very soon, like Att prepaid; buying another phone, kind of kill the deal, although Virginmobil uses Sprint network, you can not use your old sprint phone.

I have this service.

I did the research and of the prepaid wireless services, I decided that Virgin was going to be the cheapest for me. I anticipate using less than $30 of airtime a month, I'm not locked into a contract... it meets all my needs.

If anyone gets this service and has no one else to give credit to, PM me and I'll take the $$$. :)
