Yes, really. Citibank is starting a service similar to PayPal. You're allowed 3 accounts per person and to get the $10, you must simply send a transaction to another account. A minimum transaction is $5, so just trade transactions with a friend or spouse. You must have a physical credit card or check card to do this offer because they'll ask for the 3 digit security code on the back of the card. I've already done the offer on two accounts and saw the $10 within a few hours. Have fun!

It's not a referral link. There are no referral incentives for this program. That's the url provided to me in a snail-mail letter from Citibank.

I saw this link over a month ago and the one bad thing is that Citibank asks for so much information about you. Also, in their terms they state that they will make an inquiry into your credit report. To me, it is not worth having an inquiry for a $10 incentive and with the fees after the first 90 days it didn't seem as much of a deal to me. Maybe others will feel it is worth it :(

No fees for the first 90 days? Nice!! That means I can deposit money into this account from my credit card, then either credit my debit card or my bank account, then transfer the money back to the CC. Seems like I'll be getting some free airline tickets any day now from my CC company... :)

c2it sucks! I opened one account for myself and another--for my wife. We exchanged $5 transfers, and I got myself $10 bonus. Unfortunately, my wife were unable to login and c2it Customer Service refused to help: they said that her account had zero ballance, and the only thing they could do was to open a new account.
It looks like c2it is seriously screwed up. Don't trust them your money!
