I signed up my son as a Gameworks Online member and received a free 1 hour game card (via email).

Link Select the 'Join Gameworks Online Link'

All they ask for is First, Last, Birthday, Email and your closest Gameworks. They say 'Your information will not be sold or shared. It stops with us', so hopefully no major spam attack.

My first deal posting - feeback appreciated!

cool 🙂

i just went to a gameworks last week... 1 hour of unlimited play costs $20, so this is a nice little deal 🙂

Nice, now my whole family can play for an hour for free! I wonder if you have to use the time right away? Now I have something to do with that domain I signed up for at e-rice.net!

They deactivate the card for like a minute each time you swipe it. Kinda hard to do multiplayer games unless you can join while the game's going on.

When you swipe the card for the first time (first game you play), the "timer" starts. If you swipe the card and play a game for say 1 minute, and then don`t play anything for the next 59 minutes, you`ll find the card has expired. Also, when you swipe the card to start a game , the card is "locked out " of any other game for 2 minutes.

maybe you can sign up for 2 cards (home and work address?) and just alternate between cards when you play for that 1 hour at gameworks. I was considering it until I remembered they closed the gameworks down at irvine spectrum (SoCal). replaced by sega center or something like that. too bad they don't have a similar deal for dave&busters.

I think you can sign up as many times as you have email addresses (and names and birthdays and ids for all those people). Also, the offer expires 30 days from receipt, so you have 30 days to use it.

My nephew signed up using his email and they are both going to go play at the same time. Heck, since I have to drive them there, I'll probably hafta sign up too!

The card is actually locked out for 45 seconds. Also a heads up, this card is not good on any redemption games.
