Freazing during boot

My computer has been working fine for about a year now. When I brought it home I decided I was going to open it up and clean it up some. All I did was unconnect some parts and reconnected them, but now when I try to start it up it freazes up. It happens at different spots, sometimes nothing comes up at all, sometimes the first screen will read the CPU and stop there, sometimes it gets to the screen about starting in safe mode or last good settings or whatnot, and sometimes it'll even get to my desktop and freaze there. *edit* It does this when I have either of my hard drives in. It also does it when I am in BIOS. I can enter BIOS and go through the menus for a few seconds, then it just freazes up. It has actually booted windows up for me twice now, but freazes near instantly afterwards.
I have no idea what would be causing it to do this, so any imput would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for any help.

Well, i got it to boot consitantly now, and instead of freazing, it now simply resets itself. It does it every time I try to do anything. Any ideas what this is?
