Freakin Pause

ok so every 3 seconds or there is like a minor pause in my CPU that cause the mouse to delay for a sec. it happened after i installed on the updates, and i started transfered everything to my second HDD. i have XP and i on the task manager it doesnt show an increase in CPU activity. i am out of ideas

Sounds like something that happened to me w/ logitechs software and drivers. I unistalled them and used the automatic windows ones and everything is fine now.

well all i have installed is windows updates and stuff like that. not even drivers
