You're not alone, I too suffer from anxiety problems.

In fact one of the guys at work had a pretty bad anxiety/panic attack today. It's a pretty horrible thing to experience. Stay away from caffeine and anything else that increases heart rate like energy drinks. I once had an energy drink while doing finals, not a good idea and I had a pretty bad panic attack.

You should go to a vitamin store and see if you can pick up some L-Theanine. L-Theanine has been pretty nice to me by taking away anxiety. It's a natural amino acid found in green tea so it's safe.
