Call them tomorrow. The best way to tell I think is to mouse over the hyperlink. If it doesnt match the address shown, its a fraud. Forward it to "spoof@paypal.com".

For instance if the link shown is "www.paypal.com/login" but if you mouse over it and the browsers status bar says "http//23.44.55.123.paypal/login" its a fake.
