Framing question...Stem wall on a sloped roof.

I can't say what is acceptable for inspection. I would have ripped a bevel on a 2x6 for the top plate though. Not so much for sheetrock nailing backing, I think it will bridge that gap well enough, but for better nailing of the plate to the studs. I thought two toe nails per side per stud was needed unless you're adding strapping?

It's fine. If it was a bearing wall the inspector might squawk about the single top plate.

Yeah....None of these are load bearing walls. I'm said stem walls in the OP, but meant to say knee walls. I'm just closing in the finished space, planning for drywall, and preparing to insulate. I have a plumbing rough-in to complete/test and then I'll see how much I lack on framing.
