OCZ EL DDR PC-3200 Dual Channel Platinum

now from what i know they are 150 doller difference.
Should i bother getting the Rev 2 version? or is it not worth it!?
Please answer ASAP i have to order computer tonight
Must get ready for halflife 2!!!

no one wants to answer? i guess im better off getting corsair value select 1GB since i read those OCZ are pretty much made for overclocking and thats something i wont be doing.
I think is better saving another 100 dollers and theres no big hurt in performance. Or is there? Tell me whats the big diff from the
OCZ EL DDR PC-3200 Dual Channel Platinum
Corsair value select?

Forget the REV 2 because its to expensive for performance difference.
Is it worth saving the extra 80 dollers again and just getting the corsair!?

PLEASE ANSWER?

I got some Corsair PC3200 XL stuff and it's runnin perfectly so far. Too bad I dont have a C or E CPU or Dual Channel memory.....it's kinda going to waste 🙁

and for gaming on that link they ranged from avarage of 10 frames

Which one? Quake 3 at 640x480 16-bit color?

Every benchmark at 1024x768 and above shows a 1% difference between cas2.0 and cas3.0.

looking at the athlon 64 3200 it gets 9 frames more from cas2 to cas3
Im looking at 3200 becuase im actually getting a athlon 64 3500

what is the actually timming of the corsair value?

oh man sorry 20 frames diff!

Corsair Value can be bought at either CL3 or CL2.5. If you're not OCing either of those is fine (may as well get 2.5, since it's usually a buck more). I didn't see any benchmark where the difference was more than 1% in FPS... perhaps you are misinterpreting a 3DMark score difference of 20 points, which is still less than 1%.

so your saying higher the res less it makes a difference? so if im playing stuff at 1600x1200 then there would be even less difference?

on the quake 3 testing u see 20 frames difference
