Fraiser

It never ceases to amaze me how well Fraiser is at sabotaging himself....ROFL he never learns

It always stems from him taking the high road too. He has some kind of "superhero" mentality, and it always backfires. That's a hard part to write for, and they did it wonderfully.

Hilarious! 😀

I'm a huge Frasier fan. It's one of the very few shows that has the capability to make me literally ROFL watching.

I think that one was my least favorite episode. I didn't laugh even once.
This being said, the show as a whole is one of my favorites.

Did you see the one when Frasier and Niles spent the entire episode sitting in Frasier's car in the parking garage blocking the exit trying to protest the $2 entry fee? D:

I love the show but that is one of my least favorite episodes. Its downright painful to watch cuz its slow AND annoying, like an old lady in 72 Cadillac.

Seasons 1 and 2 were pretty much gold all the way through, only a couple of mediocre episodes. Seasons 3 through 5 were mostly good with some stinkers. From 6 through 9 its mostly meh episodes with a few hilarious and a few shitty ones to add variety.
10 and 11 were mostly bad episodes with a couple of decent jokes the entire two years. By the end I was just happy to be finished.

it gets pretty bad after Niles and Daphne get together, but then it gets better at the end

Quoted for undeniable truth, don't really need the spoiler tags at this point though. But yeah, it was perhaps one of the top 5 sitcoms in history before the writers made the horrible decision that we all saw coming anyway.

Surprised Frasier isn't in syndication. They used to have Cheers on all the time.

Personal favorite is Ham Radio - the episode with Frasier, Niles, and the radio station putting on a murder mystery.

Absolutely LOVE Frasier. But agreed, the last season or two are definitely not as good as the first few seasons (but still better than most other comedies out at the time).

It is. It's on Lifetime and WE. That's where I watch it.

My wife and I watched the entire run from the first episode through the last on WE over the course of a month or two.

There are a few episodes on Hallmark channel (9PM CST I think) almost every night. I watch the show there and on WE.

Yeah, I forgot it's on Hallmark too. We watched it on that channel as well. The only problem is that Hallmark friggen sensors Frasier. They dub out words like "damn" and "whore"

I watched the show when it originally aired and have enjoyed it even more in reruns.

Yea, some episodes are missing on the Netflix streaming though 🙁

They're also missing on Amazon Prime. I assume that certain guest stars weren't willing to sign the internet distribution deals and thus their episodes can't be put out there?

My parents loved this show, I hated it when I was younger. I tried watching a few episodes recently and I still think it is not very funny. Don't understand what they liked about it......

I thought Becker was better, but bringing the cheers characters where nice.

Yeah Fraiser was a good show back in the day.

One of the better US sitcoms.

Interesting to see the US take on class. Some great characters in it.

Ironic that Daphne is played by a Brit, but has a bad fake Brit accent, while the dad is played by someone born British who now has an American accent (presumably real). Daphne's family though - the worst fake British accents this side of Mary Poppins, just appallingly weird!

Every time I see Anthony LaPaglia on reruns of 'Without a Trace', its hilarious to imagine him playing Daphne's drunken relative on Frasier
