Fragment Attack

I recently checked my router log and saw this:

This is only half of it. Is there any way I can prevent this? Or block it? And what exactly is a fragment attack, sorry for all the newbie questions.
 
A fragment attack can mean a lot of things. It looks as if your firewall is blocking it, so I wouldnt be too worried. These things happen a lot.
