Is that one of those Cougar fans? If so, how well does it work, and how quiet is it? I'm considering getting some for my R4.

It is. Two actually in a push pull config exhausting air out of the case to the rear. They're extremely quiet compared to the stock fans, which are god awfully loud. They also perform a lot better as well, keeping my 3930k below 70c at 4.2Ghz while benching.
