How or what program to use in order to get the framerates in game of my processor..???

Pls help..

1) Use proper spelling and grammar
2) Framerates are not dependant on the CPU, they are dependant on the graphics card
3) Some games will let you see the FPS, however they vary.

In Supreme Commander, for example, you can press the slash key on the number pad.

Some people says that C2D are noticeably faster in FPS compare to X2...so I want to benchmark my self...I have both systems...

You can use synthetic benchmarks like 3dmark, PCmark, or just look the benchmarks up on Tom's hardware.
