I am beginning to believe the OP has unrealistic expectations in multiplayer with a CPU that is not overclocked. The CPU speed means a lot in bf3 online.

I'm not seeing these kind of dips FR. But I only have the original game with one expansion. (Back to karkland)

OP'er have you tryed opening your task manager to see what your cpu usage is while the desktop is at idle?

The only time I've ever gotten low fps in Battlefield is when I forgot and left a couple of webpages open on my desktop.

Not seeing a problem. A single 770 in BF3 online will not be getting a steady 60+ fps. Maybe as an average around there. The type of dips you describe are into the 20s? You haven't shown anything that shows this.

I watched your video. The explosions ALWAYS makes my FPS dip and I have a much stronger system than yours. Dips to 25-30 when I'm in something that explodes. Sorry but that's just the way it is.
