FPS problems in BF2

Today when I was playing BF2 it started video lagging at 15.0/66.7 fps and everything would glitch out. I ahve a agp 6800 128mb OC from BFG that is unlocked and OCed to 375/720. It was running fine for like 40 mins and then suddenly it just slowed down like that. I've tried it w/o being unlocked and it does the same thing. Any help would be great. Rest of specs are in sig
 
Umm not that I have noticed. I don't think I'm overheating. I've never seen it about 55 and since my room is like 4o C I don't think thats the issue. It might be a bad PSU mine sucks but I have a forton 450 on the way. I only play BF2 and a little AA but haven't figured that game out yet.
