No, I use keys or the mouse buttons. I mean, at the very least you can reach a circle of 14 buttons around the arrow keys without any real trouble. How many more do you need?
 
I use ESDF. WASD never made sense to me since it's not where your left hand is when you type. I can reach farther right with ESDF while still being able to hit lshift, lctrl, etc. - maybe I just have big hands.
