FPS compareing program

There was a program that had a rotating cube, and you could see 1 fps vs. another fps side by side. It was in a thread that I posted about fps a long time ago, but I couldn't find it in search.

If anyone has this program or a link to it that would be greatly appreciated.

I wonder why the program disappeared, I tried to look for it on Google for a long time and I couldn't find it.
