fps C+C Generals

Hey all,

For some odd reason my fps are limited (fraps) to 31. Anyone know why. I'm using xp service pak 2 if I didn't include that in my sig.

C'mon all. I know Generals isn't the "coolest" game, but I think it's pretty bad ass. Any ideas why my fps are limited at 31.

Is it limited to 31 FPS at every resolution?

good question. I've just tried it at 1600*1200 so I don't know.

Check different resolutions and bit settings and see what you get . . .
