Sorry I can't help you.

But, out of curiosity...why do you have your heart set on a Foxconn mainboard?

Probably because it was micro-atx. Looks like searching on Amazon shows a bunch of places in Europe. He's right. Monarch did have it for sale for a couple weeks.

Well, this is for EVERYONE that wanted this board, or a MATX board with PCI-E.

BTW:
Breen Man, the reason why I want this board is just like Rainfire said, I need MATX size, and no other board with PCI-E comes like this, except the MSI, but that one is ATI chipset. From the reviews on Anandtech and ovzclocker websites, it shows that the ATI chipset is much slower, plus ATI will work half as good with the Rendering software I am using. If U can tell me of another board that has PCI-E and is MATX with Nvidia chipset, PLZ let me know, I been waiting for this for long time to upgrade my PC.

This is directly from FoxConn: Foxconn no longer carries the CK804K8MA-KS board. I emailed them yesterday (very very quick response from their Customer Service), and they said that they no longer make CK804K8MA-KS board and it is being replaced by NF4K8MC-ERS and -RS versions. Now, gotta go and search for that one, probably nobody will have it.

The difference between the KS and the new boards is FireWire availability, nothing else from what I see (I could be wrong).

Thankx all, and again if anoyne knows a place in the US where they sell the new models (NF4K8MC-ERS or RS) I would really really appreciate your help on this one.

Man, this bites, I got everything except the board. Its like saying, I got a new car, but no engine, lol.

Thank you all...
