Foxconn Bloodrage popped

So I had to take apart my computer and set it back up again.

When I went to turn on the computer I heard a loud pop and smoke coming from my motherboard. The smoke seemed to have come from the area around the sata ports.

I quickly shut it down said "&#*()%" and then turned it back on and nothing seems to be wrong.

I can't find any burnt areas on the mobo. Anybody know what it may be?
