For those who can't seem to figure this out for themselves, even after six long years of bush and co. making mistake after mistake, wrong decision after wrong decision, and telling lie after lie after lie, here it is in a nutshell pre-cracked for you:
We have here a classic example of an echo chamber effect. Fox "news" spins the administration propaganda line, then the administration hears their own propaganda played back which reinforces their own propaganda. Now, normally, people in a free, democratic society are capable of digging through the bullsh!t (especially when they have examples of reality like Iraq and Katrina staring them in the face daily), but in today's America there seems to be a disconnect that Americans are having a difficult time overcoming. Is it because they too are watching Fox news along with bush? I don't know. I believe it's also part of the dumbing down of America. Either way, what you have here is a president who has lost touch with reality having his fantasies reinforced by what amounts to a state-run propoganda machine disguised as a "news" network, owned and operated by Rupert Murdoch, one of the richest people on Earth, who has special dispensations given to him from the very bush republicans whose propaganda he readily and willingly spins.
Get it now, you dumbed down fools?
