Four new unpatched windows vulnerabilities

Symantec/Norton users can update to the Dec. 23rd or later Intelligent Updater for protection. Looks like McAfee's got detection slated for the 4417 DATs due out on Wed. December 29th, but based on history, I'd bet a :cookie: they'll release an EXTRA.DAT for these by Monday, handy for those of us running ePO... 😀

mechBgon: update, my minions!!!

fleet: mechBgon has spoken, so it shall be!!! :Q

😀

edit: looks like WinXP SP2 has the ANIfile and LoadImgAPI fixed too, so those of you with SP2 can breathe a little easier on those two.

I've been breathing easier since I started running phoenix/firebird/firefox and then to breathe even easier i switched to thunderbird, now it's text only emails, no html, no outlook/express security issues, moving to linux currently, little by little. Windows is a dead end as far as I'm concerned, too many years fielding too many support calls for infected machines, it's gotten boring, I'll sacrifice full ease of use for some control, no problem. Linux is only going to get better, windows peaked in 2000 or so, it's getting worse as far as I'm concerned.
