The parents of a 20-year-old Florida State University sophomore are suing Four Loko’s maker because he accidentally shot himself after drinking three cans of the beverage. Another Floridian, an 18-year-old girl, died after drinking Four Loko with diet pills. The Times noted that doctors in Philadelphia blamed the drink for causing a heart attack in a 19-year-old male.

oh and im free to do what i want after 3 pm. just got back to the gym and now im gonna relax. I have classes from 9-3 everyday then im free to do what i want in my apt.
 
It's stupid to blame the drinks for these kids' stupidity, but whatever. Already gone here. They're fun and efficient for those that aren't idiots.
 
Nah, what should be focused on is the fact that this stuff is being marketed at underaged drinkers. Its primary purpose is to get you buzzed and flying while drinking fruit flavored sugar water.

Just like Joe Camel being the spokesperson for all REAL MEN out there 🙂rolleyes: ), this is something that is aimed at abusing the lack of control of both a new, and an underaged crowd.

They should not be blamed for the guy shooting himself, it is not directly responsible for that, but the thing is, if a bartender can be held responsible for giving someone too much to drink, how is it not the responsibility of a manufacturer that puts a high concentration caffinated beverage in large "single serving" (open once and only once) containers?

Hell, even Malt Liquor gives you a cap! 😛

Please explain to me how im failing at rehab, im drinking at night around 10-11pm im not hurting anybody, im not smoking weed, im not doing opiates and and i go to NA meetings from 9am-3pm everyday.

In rehab, aren't you supposed to stray away from any sort of mind altering substance? If not, aren't you much more likely to fall back into your original addiction?

call me crazy, but any rehab program that tolerates replacing one form of addictive with another is a MASSIVE FAILURE.

$45k for a rehab clinic that tolerates an addictive personality regularly indulging in a highly addictive substance?

well they dont exactly know i have it, it was snuck in my luggage on the bottom coverd by clothes,And im not getting smashed every night i have 1 drink.
