Four boys sexually assualt a girl on bus.

Sadly, these kids will probably be portrayed by their attorney(s) as "oppressed" and "downtrodden". Never mind the fact that they committed a crime against another human being.

If I were the DA in this case, my response to such labeling would be, "If they're so oppressed and downtrodden, how is it that they were well off enough to have camera phones??" :roll:
 
I'm confused, the link says multiple people were assaulted, but everyone in this thread seems to think it was one white girl?

There was only one girl that was caught on video. That's apparently the only one that counts.

I don't doubt that this assult occured.
But notice....

only the White missing kids (espcially all-american white girls) get on TV (jon bennet and countless others in the last couple of years)

The only time the media puts black ppl on the air is when they do something foked up....(where are the black missing children on my CNN and local late night??)

don't even get me started on Asians.....only our women get on TV or 1/2 's like Russel Wong

Whatever I grabbed a couple off T&A's while I was in Middle School...big frigging deal...

we don't know what really happened.....this story could be a sightly altered version of what actually happened....just to generate interest.....(4 blacks...assulting 1 white girl).....I think I've read lots of these stories that happened during the slavery ages.......and of course we all know not all of them are true...

The fact that it happened in a vicinity of adults and place that should be considered safe from these types of things. Also there is actually hard evidence of it happening.

they have video of a girl screaming for help while these kids ripped off her clothes and fondled her... unless you're arguing the fact that this video isn't true and these kids didn't actually do it.. which i think would be foolish, and i don't think ANYONE here is foolish.... i think this situation is a little worse than grabbing a couple of "T&A's"... which, in my opinion is wrong and you should have been suspended for that.. anyhow.. these kids did it to several girls, just took the one video, and yes, it probably is because she is white that this one girl is getting all the attention.. so what, these kids need to get punished for it..

The kids should be punished, but its nothing the nation needs to be concerned with.
Now if this was an alarming trend then yea.

my opinion

4 white boys 1 white girl won't even get a local story.
4 black boys 1 black girl probably Wouldn?t even get a police report.
4 white boys 1 black girl local story and some kind of protest which grows to bigger news
4 black boys 1 white girl call in the national guard.

This is sad, I think in this case not only should the offenders get their asses kicked but the parents should shoulder some of the responsibility as well. It's time for parents to become accountable for their children.
