i love poker. weve been playing every sunday for the past 5 yrs, and we play it all. initial buy in is 20, but you buy in as many times as you want. i won 200 this last sunday. thats the record (excluding winnings from playing inbetween, the record for that is 230 when the other 2 guys i was playing with got scared when the pot hit $700 and they wanted to split it up. i only had about 75 tied up into that 😀) for our small time games.

In-between is one scary game. Highest we got was $350 - and I won it. I think I can count on one hand the number of times we've played since that night.

Gut was another one. Those were the days...

oh yah. gets the blood pumping.

we still play inbetween, but we give all players the option to call the rule of: if the pot gets big enough to split up 25 to each person, we call game and split it. so if theres 5 people playing, the pot can go up to 125. kind ruins the chances for any big money wins, but we are all friends, and dont want anyone to walk out 100s of bucks down. plus it puts a time limit on it in a way.

edit: the rule must be established before the first card is played.

I've had a few small strait flushes playing for real money, so wupty do.

(don't play for real money anymore, I just slowly lose my money.)

also this crown and coke......yummy

also known as acey deucey.

the object of the game is you get 2 cards face up. you then place a bet that the 3rd card will fall, according to face value, between the other 2. if its inbetween, you win your bet, up to the pot(maximum bet). if it doesnt, you lose, and put your money in the pot. if it matches, you still lose (and some people play you would then have to double your oringinal bet). we play if an ace falls on the first card, the player calls it high or low. the dealer calls, before the game starts, whether an ace is high or low should it fall as the second card. dealer also determines a minimum bet. we like to play minimum bet a quarter, even if its impossible to fall between the 2 cards, just to build the pot up.

its normally a quick game with a smallish pot, but when the cards are fvckn people over, it gets crazy. ive seen ace, ace, ace on way too mcuh money before, but you gotta go pot on that.
