Thanks BlueWeasel,
That DOSprn program worked fine. There is a lag between
telling the program to print and when it does actually print
but it worked just like a charm!
I don't have to use it very often so it will do the trick for me!
Hi all,
The company I'm working for is using a dos based program that I can
use with Windows XP okay but when I try to print to my HP all in one
printer/copier/scanner the program locks up.
I was told I needed to "capture" a printer port in the configuration of
the program but I don't have the slightest clue on how to do this!
It prints with Windows programs just fine. It's just this older Dos program
that I'm having the problem with. It never gave me any problems when I
was using a parallel printer but I upgraded printers a few months ago and
I've had to use other people's printers in the office at their desks in order
to print reports etc...that I need out of the dos based program.
Can anyone give me a hand?
Thanks,
Jim
