Found out today I got fired from one of my jobs.

Usually this happens often...companies do a termination after X days. Usually though they just reinstate you when you come back.

Have you talked to HR....if it's automatic it's probably on their end, not your bosses. Being you work in a gym I would not expect your boss to know that much on the corporate workings there.

Corporate back in Minnesota did it. Hopefully they can rehire me, although I don't know if they have the budget to, even though I only make $8.50 an hour.

If it were europe, he'd have expected the company to pay for the 3.5 week vacation...

That always boggles my mind...when a company doesn't let you take an extended unpaid vacation, especially a part time job like that.
