found: online police composite tool

I know a couple of years ago I found a site where you can put together a composite online and I was hoping someone here might know where one is. Pretty much it is a police sketch tool and it had a ton of options for facial parts. I don't want to download anything as I am at work but I thought I could kill some time today doing a composite of myself.

There isn't anyone at the office today but I am stuck here for another 7 hours.

What did you use as the search criteria? The only thing I was able to find was a Smith & Wesson one and the Biometrix one.
