I was asking you. Do you think it was right for the person to not even try to return private notes to their rightful owner. Do you think it was right of the so called "Center for American Progress" to publish information they had no right to?

Your opinion.

Was it right for the person to turn the notes to this place? Possibly. Maybe they had a friend that worked there that could have turned the information over properly.

Was it right for the CfAP to publish it? Nope. They should have sent it back. (but made copies for later publishing  )

"Maybe they had a friend that worked there that could have turned the information over properly."

Maybe, maybe I'll win the lottery tomorrow. Of course I didn't buy a ticket, but maybe.

Well, you have to realize that one one hand we have republican staffers breaking into democratic computers and releasing various memos concerning democratic plans to fillibuster conservative judges. So, I guess what goes around (in Washington) comes around. Although, these notes found in Starbucks are hardly as damaging . . .

Still two wrongs hardly make a right. Oh by the way, here's the link to the actual notes over at Center for American Progresss ... of course now i know where Rummie lives. :)

It isn't that hard to find out where the Secretary lives.

Exactly. We don't know.

What would you say the odds are that "they had a friend that worked there that could have turned the information over properly"?

High, low,or after the fact, nonexistant?

Well returning these 'notes' to the owner is now water over the bridge.
How do you know that they were not a 'plant' for a pre-designed leaking of information ?
